STARTING AT $60 PER APPLICATION

We have perfected our five round fertilization and weed control program in Edmonton, AB. This highly effective program spans from early spring to late fall and is 100% guaranteed to improve the health and appearance of your lawn.

Our knowledge, expertise, and professional equipment will turn your lawn into your paradise (and the neighbors’ envy).

In addition to optimizing the health of your lawn through the seasons, our team has created custom blend programs to care for your whole property.

These programs include our Hard Surfaces Weed Control as well as Fertilizer, and Weed Control for Your Lawn.

What Does It Involve?

Fertilizer Blends For Your Lawn

The fertilizer program covers the entire season starting in early May and finishing in late September. It includes 5 applications on your lawn of optimized liquid fertilizer blends tailored to Northern Alberta. Our fertilizers are custom blended designed to release in a controlled manner while increasing soil and plant health. They are a balanced combination of nutrients for your lawn. We fertilize your lawn the same way golf courses do theirs with professional products made in Canada. The five applications include spring, early summer, summer, late summer, and fall fertilizers.

Weed Control For Your Lawn

A beautiful lawn doesn’t just happen.

Overwhelmed with weeds on your lawn?  Weeds take away all the nutrition from your lawn depleting the grass of important nutrients it needs to stay healthy and green.   Almost every lawn, whether it’s a residential property or a commercial, weeds are most likely causing some damage. Fortunately, there are lawn care services that we offer to keep these in check! The controls are included in any of our existing fertilizer plans below.

Trillion Weed Control

Our Trillion Weed Control is put down with a fertilizer treatment as we find this results in better control. The service is included in all our programs. For May, June and July applications, the technician blanket sprays the property ensuring to leave a small buffer around the edges so there is no overspray on the beds and hedges. For August and September, we only spot spray the weeds if needed as our previous applications almost eliminate all the weeds from your lawn by August. It is dry and safe after just 3 hours and is safe for people, pets, and the environment.

How does it work?

Trillion, also known as 2,4-D, is a synthetic growth regulator that once within the plant, it stimulates growth. This rapid growth is intended to be greater than what the weed can support. This is where rates and application timing are critical. Applied with proper rates along with timing, this hormone will cause the weed to divert resources to rapid growth, depleting internal stores and ultimately causing death.

Walk Through Of The Season

MAY

The fertilizer program covers the entire season starting in early May and finishing in late September. It includes 5 applications on your lawn of optimized liquid fertilizer blends tailored to Northern Alberta. Our fertilizers are custom blended designed to release in a controlled manner while increasing soil and plant health. They are a balanced combination of nutrients for your lawn. We fertilize your lawn the same way golf courses do theirs with professional products made in Canada. The five applications include spring, early summer, summer, late summer, and fall fertilizers.

JUNE

With temperatures increasing and plant health recovering, we start applying our next level of fertilizer to drive density and health. We also begin our weed applications to address both our hard surface and broad leaf weeds on your turf. As usual, the technicians will also be looking for other recommendations regarding your lawn.

JULY

In the heat of summer, the lawn care services we apply are heavily influenced by the weather. We continue to utilize ingredients that increase uptake through the leaf surface. This drives efficiency and promotes plant health. Our weed control treatments typically continue until mid to late July but heavily dependent on the weather.

AUGUST

The late summer, we start to consider how your plants will prepare for winter. Yes!, this is the time to prepare. Continuing with our custom Alberta blends, we drive plant preparation while continuing with foliar products designed for the heat of summer.

SEPTEMBER

Finally, on the last application of the season your fall liquid fertilizer will be applied. With our approach to help your plants deal with winter, now it’s time to finalize our year with specific nutrients to help harden your plants for winter. This mix helps to prep your lawn for the winter ahead. We will also be spraying our weed control once the temperatures drop to an appropriate level. Similar to the spring, the aeration and over-seeding services are completed for clients that chose to have it done in the fall. Your lawn should be looking green and ready to face the oncoming chill. For the summer only clients, we won’t see you again until next spring, but you will hear from us regarding your renewal notice in late winter! For our rest of the year long clients, we will start with your Snow Removal Services Nov 1st !

Vegetation Control

Hard Surface Weed Control

If you’re one of the many homeowners frustrated with the pesky weeds growing in hard-to-reach places such as between cracks of patio stones, pathways, rock beds in-between homes and back alleys, then contact White ‘N Green for professional assistance!  These hard surface weeds cannot be treated the same as typical weeds on your lawn as their roots have a more complex structure and have built strength by growing in areas that aren’t ideal for growth.  These weeds can cause damage to driveways, sidewalks, fences and patios.  It’s important to eliminate this vegetation before further growth causes damage.

Vegetation control becomes important for reasons such as aesthetics and the health of the existing desired vegetation.  With our effective vegetation control, you can rest assured that your property is getting the best care it deserves!  Call us today for a Free Estimate

How does it work?

The product Glyphosate is a non-selective weed control that is used to spot treat weeds on any hard surfaces such as sidewalks, patios and driveways etc. We typically only offer this with existing fertilizer programs for an additional $80.00/season; however, we will offer it as stand-alone as well.

The Hard Surface Weed Control is applied four times during the season, beginning on the early summer fertilizer visit. As it is not a preventative treatment, weeds will continually be popping up all season therefore all visits are usually necessary.

One Application – $50.00

All-Season (4 Applications) – $190.00
